COVID-19 Response:

***Together we raised $952 from the proceeds of Aprils Auctions which has been donated on your behalf to the CDC Foundation Coronavirus Emergency Response Fund.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Governor Jay Inslee has outlined a 4 Phase initiative to re-open Washington’s Economy. We will be following those guidelines as well as taking some of our own precautions to keep our employees, valued customers, and family members safe. Below you’ll find a list of changes to our normal business operations and our new hours/guidelines.

***Customer must stay 6 ft from Employees and wear a face mask when possible. We are not allowing customers in our restrooms or main auction floor at this time. ***

Hours:

Monday though Friday - 11AM to 4PM

Auctions:

We will be having ONLINE ONLY auctions almost every week on either/or Saturdays @ 12PM, or Sunday @ 12PM.

These auctions will be either live virtual online sale (ran live by a virtual operator), or timed online only sales ( no operator, incremental bidding).

Local Pickups:

Pickups can be scheduled via email or by calling us at 360-972-2270. We are scheduling customers into 30 min windows from 11am-4pm.

When picking up items at warehouse during your scheduled pick up time, please knock loudly on the warehouse door or call us to alert us to your arrival. From there we will bring out your pickups to you.

Items must be picked up within 2 weeks of auction purchase or face storage fees as per our online bidding agreement. Special requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

Previews:

We will be scheduling previews between 11AM-4PM Thursday & Fridays before our weekend sales.

Please call or email to schedule a preview. We ask that when scheduling you give us the lots you are requesting to preview as we do not currently have a showroom with all auction items displayed.

Previews will be a maximum of two people at a time, and customers must wear masks and gloves (provided by auction house if needed).

Shipping:

Shipping will go out as normal following our auctions. Please view our shipping policies online when bidding.

Consignments:

We are still accepting consignments for August and the Fall auction slate. Please call at 360-972-2270 to schedule a preview or pick up appointment for your consignments. We also are accepting drop-off consignments at our warehouse with a prior appointment.

Auction Payments:

Payments will be automatically processed post sale as usual.

Late fees for payments will NOT be waived during this time period.

Payment, if not remitted by the end of business on the Wednesday directly after a sale, is subject to a $35 NSF fee.

We don’t know what new measures will be taken to curtail COVID-19, but in the meantime we are preemptively embracing change and positioning ourselves to meet our valued consignors and bidders needs.
